Returns Policies

Our customers’ satisfaction with the quality of our products is our priority. At illuso we take great pride in the quality of our products, however, if still for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you’ve received, you can return the products. 

 

In this case, please observe the followings :

  • Inform us within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
  • All returned backsplashes must be undamaged and in a resalable condition. Any return items installed, cut, painted, stained, or glued with will not be accepted for refund. 
  • Goods purchased using gift cards are NOT eligible for returns. 
  • Only goods with purchase proof will be considered for returns. 
  • If the delivered items are already damaged when you receive them, you should notify Illuso as soon as you verify the damage. Our customer service team gives you any help about returning the item(s) you have purchased. Call our customer service team at (800) 246-2156 Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Illusso will not bear the shipping costs for return items when customers simply don’t want them anymore.
  • Refunds for returns are issued 7-15 days after the items are received by us.
